About Mark

Mark came to Global Discoveries, Ltd with an enviable track record as a seasoned Manager, Real Estate Broker and Attorney. He began his career as a litigator for a prominent Bay Area law firm where he became a partner and handled numerous real estate related matters. After well over a decade in our legal system, Mark shifted focus to real estate deal making and joined nationally recognized Lee & Associates where here became a shareholder. At Lee & Associates, Mark built a leading Net Leased Investment firm and closed nearly half a billion dollars in commercial transaction. Mark recognized early the opportunities available in the growing distressed real estate market and formed a new company to buy and sell foreclosures. His successes in the foreclosure market led Mark to serve as Chief Operating Officer for ForeclosureRadar (now PropertyRadar), the leading source for foreclosure data in California. Through Mark’s work repositioning distressed real estate, he saw the opportunity to make a difference in the brokerage community by founding Accurate Real Estate Services, Inc. The breadth and depth of Mark’s professional experiences have provided a solid foundation for his current Business Development responsibilities at Global Discoveries, Ltd.

Mark’s educational background has done much to complement his professional pursuits throughout his career. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Colorado College, a law degree from University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law and a master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Most enjoyable to Mark outside of the office is time spent with his wife of 27 years and two grown sons, traveling, playing his bass guitar, surfing and photography.
